• Audio files you upload — stored locally in your browser (localStorage / Blob URL). These files are never sent to our servers or any third party. They remain entirely on your device.
• Playback preferences — your playlist metadata (track names, order) is saved in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
• Usage data — we do not use Google Analytics, cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts on our Service. We do not collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or behavioral data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your subscription payments (via Stripe).
• To send you essential account-related emails (receipts, subscription confirmations, service announcements).
• To respond to your support inquiries sent to hello@aquatone.life.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Playlist data and uploaded audio files are stored entirely in your browser. We have no access to them.

4. Cookies

Aquatone.life uses no cookies of any kind. We do not set first-party cookies, third-party cookies, or use any tracking technologies. Your localStorage data (playlist preferences) is functionally necessary for the Service to operate and is never transmitted to any server.

5. Data Retention

• Subscription records (email, plan type, payment history) are retained by Stripe for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and legal compliance.
• Playlist and uploaded audio data in your browser is under your control — you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
